Approve Profiles.
A review point for profile changes.

Bring submitted profile changes into a focused review queue. Start with the right class, status or admission number, then review the student information that needs your attention.

01Choose the class

Focus on the students relevant to your review.

02Choose the status

Start with pending profile changes.

03Find the student

Use the admission number for a precise lookup.

04Review in context

Keep profile review connected to approval setup.

01Focused filters

The right students.
The right review.

The Approve Profiles screen starts with three clear criteria: Classes, Status and Adm. No. Use the class selection to narrow the review, or the admission number when you already know which student you need.

  • Class selection keeps the review focused.
  • Status starts at Pending in the supplied screen.
  • Admission number provides a specific student reference.
Why it matters for your school

Your team can approach the review queue with a clear student context rather than an unfocused register.

02Review queue

See what is waiting.
Know when nothing is.

Show Students loads the records matching the selected criteria. An empty result is clearly stated as No Records Found, so the office knows when the current search has no records to review.

  • Show Students brings together the matching records.
  • Clear All resets the search criteria.
  • A clear empty state distinguishes no results from an unfinished search.
Why it matters for your school

A calm review screen makes it easier to understand what needs attention—and what does not.

03Connected setup

A change submitted.
A review point defined.

Approve Profiles works alongside Edit Profile Approval Setups. That setup determines which edits enter review: the approval setting must be on, the editor’s role selected and the changed field monitored.

  • Selected roles and monitored fields determine which edits are queued.
  • Other fields save immediately under the shown setup.
  • Administrators always bypass this approval rule.
Why it matters for your school

Review stays targeted at the sensitive information your school has chosen to monitor.

A few important
distinctions.

Discuss the approve profiles workflow with the Schogle team, using your school’s requirements.

Discuss this workflow
How can we narrow the review?

Use Classes, Status and Adm. No., then Show Students. Clear All resets the criteria.

Does every profile edit need approval?

No. The supplied setup queues edits only when approval is enabled, the editor has a selected role and the edited field is monitored. Administrators always bypass this rule.

What does No Records Found mean?

There are no records matching the current criteria. It is not a claim that every school profile is approved.

Can we see the approval decision screen?

The supplied image shows the filters and an empty queue, not a populated decision screen. Review the available approval actions and record detail with our team in a demo.

The supplied review screen shows filters and an empty result. Populated review details and approval actions should be confirmed in a demo; multi-level approvals remain pending.
