The screen presents Preview separately from Generate & assign serials. Confirm preview and reprint behaviour in a demo rather than assuming they are equivalent.
Why might a student not appear?
The certificate configuration includes a choice for withdrawn or left students. Confirm that rule, session, class and other recipient eligibility with the school team.
