The withdrawal screen starts with Class, Adm. No., Student Name, From, To and Sort By. Show List brings the relevant students into view with their admission date and duration.
The office makes the closing decision with the student’s admission context visible.
Academics / StudentWithdrawn and Alumni are separate fields. The row also carries remarks and withdrawal date, so the decision is more explicit than simply removing a name from a class list.
The school can explain the student’s closing status without losing the reason and timing of the decision.
Academics / StudentThe Autofill Data row offers common Withdrawn, Alumni and Remarks values for the displayed list. A pending-change count and Save Changes action keep preparation separate from committing the update.
Shared updates can start from consistent values while preserving a final student-by-student review.
Academics / StudentThe screen’s menu keeps Link TC and Change History close to the withdrawal register. These are related reference points for the student’s closing journey, not a claim that marking withdrawal automatically issues a certificate.
The office can follow the closing journey beyond a single status field.
