Subscription Cancellation
Institutions can cancel their subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Cancellation must be initiated at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal.
7-Day Refund Window
New annual subscribers are eligible for a 'No Questions Asked' full refund if a request is filed within 7 calendar days of the initial subscription date. Monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing cycle commences.
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (Paytm/Bank Account) within 5-7 business days, strictly adhering to RBI's merchant refund guidelines.
Service Failures
If the Platform is inaccessible due to a Company-side outage for more than 48 consecutive hours, we will issue a prorated credit to the institution's account upon request.
